From a dream of Maurício B. da Silva, UEX was born organically, in a project with Solumedi. Still without a formal business plan, but with an experienced team and a clear idea: to develop technology for growth - with intelligence, method and a focus on results.
As projects take shape, UEX is beginning to validate its operational model. We carried out the digital transformation project for Maria Brasileira, one of the largest residential cleaning franchises in Brazil. We created a scalable technological platform that supported its national expansion, reinforcing our operating model with real impact.
S2 medica is launched as an internal spin-off: a digital health platform focused on access to exams in a simple, fast and unbureaucratic way. It became one of UEX's biggest growth cases.
We have completed the validation cycle and officially presented ourselves to the market. The phase of institutional positioning, brand building and culture strengthening begins. UEX celebrates its fifth anniversary with an official launch event at its headquarters and begins a new phase of growth with a total focus on the Startup Studio model.
With a team of more than 30 people, UEX acquires the capacity to deliver up to five major projects simultaneously. The CSC (Shared Services Center) structure comes into operation and consolidates the model for creating and sustaining digital businesses.
2024 marks a new cycle for UEX. We have expanded our headquarters into a larger space designed to foster collaboration, creativity and high-performance operation. The team has grown, incorporating new specialists in product, technology and strategy. The structure is in line with our long-term vision: to be the best startup studio in the world. We operate with more simultaneous projects than ever before - maintaining consistency in delivery and results.
In 2025, UEX begins its first international project. We are taking our method, culture and execution capacity outside Brazil, validating our approach in a new market. This milestone not only represents a geographical expansion - but the consolidation of UEX as a global studio, ready to create digital businesses anywhere in the world. An important step towards the internationalization of our processes and our delivery culture.
